Want to invite people to collaborate with you in a NodesNow space from the desktop web app? You'll need to share the space's QR code, URL, and passcode your collaborators can join you from the NodesNow mobile app, desktop web app, and mobile web app. Here's how:
Click INVITE TO JOIN on the canvas to display the space's invitation QR code and URL.
Share the space's URL and PIN with your collaborators.
By using these credentials, your collaborators will now be able to join you in the space.
To send an invitation to your participants with E-mail, here's how to do it:
4.1 Type in your participant's email in the Search box.
4.2 Hit "Enter" on your keyboard one time to push the participant's email onto the list. This process could be done multiple times if you wish to invite a lot of participants. You could also delete the participant's email from the list by using the - button at the far right of your participant's list.
4.3 Click "Send Invitation" at the bottom right once you have all of your participants in the list.
After tapping on Send Invitation, your participants will receive an email containing information for space joining and will now be able to join you in the space.
