In this article, we are going to explore what are on the canvas when you start a session.

On the top left of the screen is your session's name.

When you tap the 3 bars button, there will be a pop-up for you to customize

On the top right are participants count and next to the right is a button to start MS team call.

Microsoft Teams is integrated into every NodesNow space, enabling seamless real-time communication as you collaborate. In this article, you'll learn how to:

  • Start a Microsoft Teams call

  • Invite others to a call

  • Control your computer's camera and microphone

  • Share your screen with Microsoft Teams participants

  • End a call

Start a Microsoft Teams call

To start a Microsoft Teams call or meeting within a session:

  1. Click START TEAMS CALL on the touchscreen.

Upon doing so:

  • The Microsoft Teams menu will be displayed.

  • The touchscreen's camera and microphone will activate.

  • The participant interface will appear.

Invite participants during a call

To invite participants to a Microsoft Teams call:

  1. Click the icon Gear

  2. Click Meeting info

This will generate an invite URL and QR code that you can share with your collaborators.

At button of the pop-up there will be link that you can click to copy and paste to your collaborators in another platform.

Share your screen with Microsoft Teams call participants

To share your screen with participants during a Microsoft Teams call:

  • Click the screensharing icon in the Microsoft Teams menu.

Now, participants joining via Microsoft Teams will be able to see the canvas.

Control your computer's camera and microphone

During calls, the camera and microphone are activated by default. To toggle them on and off:

  • Click the camera and microphone icons in the Microsoft Teams toolbox.

End the call

Finished with your meeting?

  • To conclude the call, click END CALL.

At the bottom right, there are "Accessibility" button, for you to adjust the canvas, next is zoom in-out button with "fit to screen" button, and The "Wrap up and Leave" button for save & quit the session.
