Start a Microsoft Teams call
To start a Microsoft Teams call or meeting within a session:
Click START TEAMS CALL on the touchscreen.
Upon doing so:
The Microsoft Teams menu will be displayed.
The touchscreen's camera and microphone will activate.
The participant interface will appear.
Invite participants during a call
To invite participants to a Microsoft Teams call:
Click the + icon in the Microsoft Teams menu.
This will generate an invite URL and QR code that you can share with your collaborators.
Share your screen with Microsoft Teams call participants
To share your screen with participants during a Microsoft Teams call:
Click the screensharing icon in the Microsoft Teams menu.
Now, participants joining via Microsoft Teams will be able to see the canvas.
Control your computer's camera and microphone
During calls, the camera and microphone are activated by default. To toggle them on and off:
Click the camera and microphone icons in the Microsoft Teams toolbox.
End the call
Finished with your meeting?
To conclude the call, click END CALL.
