Facing Wi-Fi issues? You can quickly change networks by generating a Wi-Fi QR code on your mobile device and presenting it to the touchscreen's camera. Follow the steps below for Android or iOS devices.
1. Generate a Wi-Fi QR code

Ensure your Android device is connected to a working Wi-Fi network.
Navigate to Settings > Connections or Network and Internet > Wi-Fi.
Tap the settings icon next to the network you want to create a QR code for.
Select QR code or Share to produce a QR code. You'll use it to connect the touchscreen to the network in step two, Connect using the QR Code, below.
Note: On certain versions of Android, you might need to verify your identity.
iOS

Ensure your iOS device to a working Wi-Fi network.
Launch the Shortcuts app.
Tap Gallery in the device's bottom menu.
Navigate to Shortcuts for Accessibility > Access Tools > See all.
Select QR Your Wi-Fi and tap Add Shortcut.
Tap Shortcuts in the bottom menu and then My Shortcuts to see your shortcuts.
Tap the triple-dot icon on QR Your Wi-Fi to edit it.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and add the Quick Look action.
Tap the play icon to run the QR Your Wi-Fi shortcut.
Enter the Wi-Fi name and password when prompted.
Your QR code will be displayed. Use it in step two, Connect using the QR Code, to connect the touchscreen to the Wi-Fi network.
2. Connect to Wi-Fi using the QR Code
On the touchscreen dashboard, tap the NodesNow logo (top-left) five times to access the support menu.
On the popup that appears, tap Switch Wi-Fi network.
Follow the on-screen directions to create a QR code on your mobile device if you haven't already done so. Then tap SCAN QR.
Present the QR code you generated to the touchscreen's camera.
After the touchscreen successful scans your QR code, it will link to the new Wi-Fi network.
Note: Some networks may also require you to provide additional information or accept terms and conditions. In this case, follow the on-screen directions to finish signing in.
