When you want to quickly arrange the content in a space, grouping items allows you to be more productive.

Group Items by Lasso Icon
Any items on the space's canvas, such as shapes, images, videos, drawings, etc., can be combined in one group. Here's how:
Group multiple items
Click, hold, and drag over the items you want to group. Each item will be enclosed in a rectangle and the group as a whole will be enclosed in a larger rectangle.
In the popup menu that appears, click the grouping icon to group the items so can be manipulated as a group.
You can now work with the group as a single item.
Ungroup items
Click, hold, and drag over the items you want to ungroup.
In the popup menu that appears, click the ungrouping icon to ungroup the items in the group.
You can now work with the items individually.
