The Share Items is your repository for content in spaces. From it, you can move content to the canvas to arrange and present. This article describes how to use the inbox in a space.
Open Share Items
To open the inbox:
Tap the Share Items button at the right side of the canvas.
Once open, the Share Items displays the "Notes" and "Media" that have been sent to the space.
Media
In your file organizer, choose the .jpg, .png, or .mp4 files you want to upload. The size limit is 100 MB per file.
Note
Your Note will be placed on the space's canvas. From there, you can also move, duplicate, resize, recolor and delete them. See the section on the selection tool above for more details.
Note: When new items are sent to the inbox, a notification represented by a number will appear on the inbox icon.
Move a single item to the canvas
Within the inbox, tap and hold the item you want to move to the canvas.
Drag it to your preferred spot on the canvas.
Release your finger or the stylus to position the item.
Note: Items transferred from the inbox to the canvas will no longer appear in the inbox.
Close Share Items box
To minimize the inbox:
Tap the Share Items button at the right side of the canvas.
